The Ultimate Vegan Queso Recipe

1 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least 2 hours
1/3 cup filtered water
1/2 cup salsa (I recommend medium or hot)
2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp himalayan salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender or food processor for about 1 minute or until completely smooth.
Use to top nachos, tacos, burritos, or dip your favorite snacks in and enjoy!
