Salty Chocolate Banana Bread Doughnuts

I have been wanting to jump on the homemade-doughnut bandwagon, but kept forgetting to buy the crucial ingredient (the doughnut pan). Lucky for me my I discovered one in my aunt's house, and honesty these couldn’t be easier to make!

Ingredients: 2 cups @birchbendersbanana paleo pancake mix 2 eggs or flax eggs 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1/4 cup raw honey 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup dairy free milk 1 salty chocolate @hukitchen bar, chopped


Directions:

Mix all ingredients except chocolate until well combined. Scoop 1/3 cup servings of batter into greased donut pan. Top each donut with chocolate. Bake for 15 mins at 350 degrees, or until golden and spongey. Let cool to remove from pan and enjoy!
