Farmer's Market Smoothie Recipe
This is kind of one of those "everything but the kitchen sink" recipes. I love making these farmers market smoothies, because you get all the benefits of eating tons of veggies, in a much easier to consume format. I have never been a huge fan of many leafy greens outside of spinach and kale, so this handy smoothie is my secret trick for getting those micronutrients in. Feel free to adjust the ingredients and doctor it to make it your own! This is just one variation that I have been keen on lately.

Ingredients:
2 big handfuls spinach & kale
2 big handfuls collard greens
Microgreens
1 red beet, chopped
1/2 apple, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/3 cup frozen dark cherries
1 inch fresh ginger
1 cup coconut water
Squeeze of lime juice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, top with bee pollen (optional) and enjoy! This recipe can either make 1 big serving or two smaller ones, so you can save one for later. It is best served fresh though!
