Everything is customized to fit the unique needs of your specific body, health, and lifestyle. This program is all about helping you find your healthiest version of you so that you feel good, look great, and perform and live your life at your very best.


The initial consultation allows me to get to know you and your current/past relationships with food, diet, exercise, body image, as well as your goals, and the current state of your health and fitness. Customized programing and session topics will include:

  • Holistic nutrition planning (no "one size fits all" diet)

  • Personalized fitness planning

  • Regeneration and muscle recovery techniques

  • Sleep optimization

  • Stress management

  • Reiki & Energy Healing

  • Ayurvedic techniques

Includes: Weekly 60-minute sessions; unlimited access to me via text and email to ask questions and get support; in-person and remote sessions to accommodate your schedule. I will provide you with individualized nutrition and training plans, meal planning tips, a grocery list, and any additional tips that may support your goals.

Investment: $1000 per month for weekly 1-hour sessions
